Soak & Relax
Fill a tub with warm water, spa product, and add few drops of aroma oil. It will help to relax while soaking feet for 10-15 minutes. Warm water can soften for easy removal of dead skin cells.
Clipping, Filing & Buffing
As the feet are moist, carefully clip toenails evenly and equally. Ensure that the clippers are always angled in the same direction. After this, dry off the toenails and keep the file under the nail. File the nails very softly and give uniform look on the whole. Take a nail buffer and go over the nails. Give them a slight polish & shine to get them nice and smooth.
Push Back Cuticles
Gently massage cuticle oil into the nail beds. Leave it for few minutes. It will loose the cuticles before pushing back. Use a birch-wood wooden stick to push back the cuticles. Hold the stick at a certain angle and slowly push towards the nail base.
Foot Massage & Smoothing
Take a pair of exfoliating gloves. Dust some talcum powder on palm and wear them. Start massaging the feet in a circular motion specially with thumbs. It helps to get rid of dry, flaky skin and gives extreme relaxation. For smoothing, use callus-removing tool to remove the leftover spots of dry, hardened or cracked skin.
Brushing, Moisturizing & Maintaining
Select a light & soft bristles brush to clean off the dirt remains on the foot. It will be very friendly on the skin and nail bed. Rinse off the feet with cool water and pat it with a soft towel to dry. Don’t forget to clean the brush and drain the water. Take some moisturizer into your hands. Gently apply to the feet with open palms. Massage in a circular motion. Apply a heel-specific product if you find any hardened trouble spots on your feet. It goes deep into the cracks and cure them.
